Liveblogging the First Debate XXXI

Kerry has done very poorly in the sense that his arrogance is clear.

But Bush is failing to capitalize on that.  He has been repeating his mantra and not moved beyond that.

Both men are performing at an average level. It’s looking very much like a draw at this point.
