Liveblogging the First Debate XXXII

So Kerry would eliminate the use of tactical nukes and developing them because we don’t want other nations to have nukes?  What? Well, why don’t we just unilaterally disarm then? Oh, right.  That’s what Kerry wanted us to do in the 80s in the face of the Soviet Union.
