Thoughts on a Cardinal-Designate

Our Archbishop, Sean O’Malley, otherwise known as the man with the worst job in the Catholic Church - Archbishop of Boston - has been named a Cardinal by Pope Benedict XVI and will be elevated tomorrow. I wasn’t planning on writing about it, and now that Sissy Willis has done so, I don’t need to. It’s a lovely piece - go check it out.
